BBC In Bias Shock!

Allegations of bias at the Beeb are regularly flung around by people on both sides of the political spectrum, but frankly I've never had much time for those opinions.

Today, however, I was forced to re-think. You see, I've uncovered a shocking bias - against men with ponytails. The article is stuffed full of criticism of the hair of David Seaman, variously described as 'tragic' and 'infamous', and also of a 'furry caterpillar' on his lip. How much longer can we stand for such discrimination?

After much media criticism about his locks, Seaman felt unable to show his face in public (picture courtesy of World Cup Japan/Korea)

So, readers, your opinions please - is bias against the lengthy haired male acceptable, approvable, or a shocking outrage?

Comments:
My personal views are as follows;
lengthy hair is ok, but never tied back, a tache is wrong unless um no it is always wrong.

However it is not the BBC's place to say so, instead a close relative should take the offender aside and have a quiet word.

Mind you, I did once have the finest cunnilingus of my life, before or since from a young chap with a ponytail fifteen years ago. Perhaps it's time for a rethink.

If the Beeb are shit-canning men with pony-tails, I am right behind them. Get a haircut, Seaman, you girly-boy!

I just read Clair's comment. Where are you going to take one that then, Steve?

The ponytail can't actually have helped, though, can it? Unless - no, let's not go there.

I have to say I'm very much against long hair on blokes, but then most men who don't have the flowing locks tend to be, so far as I can gather. However, I would agree that if you're going to have it long, you're probably best with it out of the tail.

What I can't understand is how anyone could knock the 'tache!

Good God1,
I just read my post back. I' not loose you know. The ponytail played no part in the encounter at all. Still the tache is wrong, and you know it.
